Shipping
Our shirts are made when ordered. We don’t have dusty shirts sitting around waiting for them to be bought. You’ll be receiving a brand-new fresh shirt. Orders are generally delivered 3-8 days after being shipped. Except noted below, all packages are sent USPS Ground Advantage (1st class).
If you are in a rush, we offer "Expedited Shipping" in checkout. Orders using this option jump to the front of the line when orders are next processed and will be printed before the rest. Especially useful during busy/holiday shopping times.

We do not guarantee shipping or arrival dates, all shipping times are estimates.
All manufacturing and shipping times are just estimates and will vary.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day No-Regrets Guarantee: We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out. If you’re not head over heels for your item(s), you can send them back for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return: Your item(s) must be in pristine, unworn condition. Absolutely no washing, dirt, makeup, the dreaded smoke or perfume odors, or any other signs of a night out on the town. Items that don't meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return and will not be reshipped.
Refunds: We’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 days, deducting a 20% restocking fee of the product price and the original shipping charges.
Your Responsibilities: You are in charge of the return shipment, including the cost of postage. FLYK FLAK is not liable for any return packages that vanish or arrive damaged. We recommend a trackable shipping option to ensure it gets back to us. Without tracking, if the return doesn't reach us, we can't process your refund.
Undeliverable Orders: Should your order bounce back to us as undeliverable, you can opt for a re-shipment at your expense or request a refund, minus the standard fees outlined above.

Easy 30-Day Exchanges: Need a different size, style, or color? You can exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're in brand-new, unworn condition as mentioned above.
Exchange Process:

DO NOT send anything back unless you have been approved for an exchange; this does not guarantee a refund or a replacement. Due to the large amount of shipments arriving and departing, we will not be able to track returns not following the procedure.
Modifying or Cancelling Orders: Contact us before your order ships to make changes or cancellations. Depending on the timing, we might be able to help! Changes are subject to a 12% restocking fee. Email us at orders@flykflak.com with your order details (name, order number, what you ordered and what you'd like to change or cancel.)
Received a Faulty Item? Oops, our bad! If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, get in touch at orders@flykflak.com within 30 days of delivery. Provide your name, order number, photos of the flaws. We’ll handle the replacements and any necessary returns at our cost. Keep in mind – if it’s been worn or has signs of such, we will not process the return. The item must have an obvious manufacturer’s flaw.
